Rates

$120 Per Person/Night      3 Person Minimum      3 Night Minimum Stay

                4 Horses Included      $50 Cleaning Fee Per Dog

Additional Horses $15 Each/Night (6 Max)

Children under 10 years old $55/Night

Dog Policy

 

  • Well behaved dogs welcome upon approval​

  • No Puppies under 6 months​

  • Non aggressive / Non destructive dogs only​

  • If dogs are left alone they must be crated

  • No dogs on furniture

House Rules

  • No house parties

  • No riding horses on Sand Pond Rd

  • House must be cleaned before departure (Leave as you found it)

  • Horse and dog manure must be removed from paddocks/yard and dumped in designated area

  • Remove all hay from paddocks

  • Remove all garbage and place in designated area 

  • No horses in dog fence

If rules are broken your group will not be allowed to return to Trailside Retreat
