This beautiful Adirondack home has direct access to the NYS Otter Creek Horse Trails. We are located on a dead end road off of Sand Pond.
The Otter Creek Trails are a horse lovers dream! The trail system has 65 miles of adventures awaiting.
Trails are absolutely stunning with breathtaking views. Footing ranges from sandy, hilly, flat, wooded, and creek crossings. Trails are very well maintained.
We are also a short walk to the Independence Wild Forest consisting of 78,000 acres. Perfect for all outdoor enthusiasts!
